License & Intellectual Property Notice

Creator / Licensor: Gabriel Anta (“Licensor”)
Website / Client: Casa Marcellino (the “Client”)
Effective date: January 1, 2026 (or the date of first publication)

This page sets out the licensing terms under which the Client is permitted to use the website design, source code, and original photography created by Gabriel Anta. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

1) Ownership

The website’s design and underlying implementation—including, without limitation, layout, structure, visual components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, templates, and any creative or technical materials created by the Licensor (collectively, the “Work”)—are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

All photographs and other visual media produced by the Licensor and used on this website (the “Photography”) are also protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

For clarity: the Client retains ownership of its own trademarks, business name, and any content provided by the Client that is not created by the Licensor.

2) Limited License to Use

Subject to the Client remaining in good standing and maintaining an active commercial relationship with the Licensor, the Licensor grants the Client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use and display the Work and Photography solely for the operation of the Client’s official website and related marketing pages controlled by the Client (the “Permitted Use”).

This license does not constitute a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership. The Client does not acquire any rights in the Work or Photography except the limited license expressly granted in this document.

3) Restrictions

The Client (and any third party acting on its behalf) may not, without the Licensor’s prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, license, sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise exploit the Work or Photography.
  • Use the Work or Photography on any other website, template, marketplace, theme, or product (free or paid).
  • Create derivative works from the Work or Photography, or adapt them for reuse outside the Permitted Use.
  • Remove or obscure copyright notices, credits, watermarks, metadata, or other proprietary notices.
  • Provide the source code or original image files to third parties for the purpose of cloning, replicating, or rebuilding substantially similar pages.
  • Reverse engineer any delivered front-end logic for the purpose of duplication beyond the Permitted Use.

4) Term and Termination

This license remains in effect only while the Client remains an active client in good standing. The license terminates automatically upon the earliest of: (a) the end of the client relationship, (b) non-payment, or (c) any breach of these terms.

Upon termination, the Client must promptly cease all use of the Work and Photography, remove them from any public-facing properties, and delete any copies in its possession or control. Upon request, the Client will provide written confirmation of compliance.

5) Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution may constitute copyright infringement. The Licensor reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory or actual damages, and recovery of reasonable legal fees where permitted by law.
